Applicant organisations are required to complete the application form and submit the following documents to the Family Council Secretariat at 13/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong by post or in person:

- the original application form which is completed, signed and stamped (digitally signed and stamped application form is not accepted) and budget summary;
- documentary proof that the applicant organisation and co-organiser (if any) meet(s) the eligibility requirements; and
- other required supporting documents (if any);
- the soft copy of (a)(i) to (iii) above (in
and
/
formats) should be sent by email to secretariat_family_council@hyab.gov.hk by the application deadline, or saved in USB and submitted together with the documents (Note: content of the soft copy of (a)(i) to (iii) above must be the same as that of the hard copy submitted by post or in person. In case of any inconsistency, content in the hard copy shall prevail.); and
- please mark “Application for Funding Scheme on the Promotion of Family Education” on the envelope / subject field of email (if applicable).
